Rent a caravan during renovation or new construction
Have you considered renting a mobile home while you build?
Maybe your house is in need of a major renovation, but you don’t really want to move out during the renovation period. Or it might just be impractical to move. You may also be building a new home, but want to be close to your site so you can be as involved in the process as possible.
There is a solution.
Park a caravan in your garden while you dust and make noise! Many of our customers have already done so.
All that is required is the right connection
As long as you can connect water, electricity and drainage to your plot, you can live (or stay) on your plot while you build. Stay in one of our trailers – we have a great selection.

New build – living on the plot?
For new builds, we generally do not recommend that our customers live on the site for the duration of the construction process. We don’t do that because we think it’s a long time to live in a few square meters. But it can be done. However, if you are determined to stay longer in a caravan, you can make your stay more palatable, for example by renting an extra caravan to use as a living space.
You can rent a single mobile home with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, but you also have the option of renting separate trailers for each purpose: kitchen trailer, mobile home, shower trailer.
Many people find it nice to move out onto the site during the final stages of construction. This gives you a different proximity to the construction work and shortens the time needed to assess and make final decisions.
Service – pick up yourself or we deliver for you
You decide whether you want us to deliver and pick up the van / trailer at your address, or whether you want to do it yourself. You can also opt in or out of services for the actual setup of the caravan and cleaning at the end of the rental period as needed.
