From January 1, 2025, new regulations regarding the handling and demolition of asbestos will come into force.
These rules mean that demolition of asbestos-containing materials now requires authorization, and the Danish Working Environment Authority has tightened the requirements by classifying asbestos work as “dusty work”.
This entails, among other things, requirements for specialized equipment, such as environmental trucksthat ensure proper handling of asbestos dust.
